Mondavi

CEO

Mondavi’s journey began with a standout football career. He was a three-time All-American and an NFL draft prospect, recognized for his speed as one of the fastest linebackers in the country. Unfortunately, an injury cut his football career short, prompting him to refocus on education. He earned degrees in Theater, Business, and Communications, with a minor in Psychology, setting the foundation for a diverse future.

Family became Mondavi's primary focus after his father lost a leg to diabetes. Determined to support his family, he moved back to Las Vegas after graduating and started working in timeshare sales. While he gave it his best effort, he soon realized it wasn’t the right fit for him. At the suggestion of his brother-in-law, Mondavi made a significant career shift and joined Elevation Solar. The transition wasn’t easy, and he struggled in the beginning, but it was there he met Phil McGill, who saw potential in him and refused to let him quit. Phil’s unwavering belief in him helped Mondavi build his confidence, and within nine months, he hit 100 sales.

This success led to opportunities to open offices for Empire Solar and later for 1 Solar, where Mondavi was able to turn around struggling teams and lead them to impressive results. At Empire Solar, he helped revive a failing office, bringing sales up to $3.5 million per month in just one month. These experiences gave him the confidence to start his own venture, and he opened an office focused on building a team grounded in values he believed in—trust, brotherhood, honesty, and loyalty.

The drive to help others and make a meaningful impact was a guiding force behind Mondavi’s decision to enter the insurance industry. A deeply personal experience motivated him to help families secure their futures: when his grandmother passed away, her life insurance policy helped cover expenses, easing the financial burden on his family during a challenging time. Inspired by this, Mondavi is passionate about helping families leave a financial legacy rather than a burden. He wants to ensure that people can protect their loved ones, just as his family was able to do when they faced loss.

Mondavi’s business is built on a strong, supportive culture where mistakes are seen as opportunities for growth. His office at 1919 S Jones Blvd has become a place where the team bonds over shared values and works toward common goals, with a focus on personal and professional development. As Chief Sales Executive at Quantum Life Assurance, I bring a diverse and dynamic background that uniquely positions me to drive results, lead high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. With a BA in Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City and a career shaped by hard work, faith, and a passion for excellence, I am committed to helping families secure their futures with life insurance solutions that reflect both professionalism and integrity. As a Division 1 athlete, I developed a competitive spirit, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset that has been a cornerstone of my professional success. After earning my degree, I gained valuable experience across multiple industries, including law, real estate, retail, and data management, where I honed my ability to understand market dynamics, drive sales, and develop strategies that create long-term value. Most recently, I led teams in data services and marketing, where I utilized data analytics to identify trends, optimize client outreach, and exceed performance targets, providing a strategic edge that I now bring to our sales efforts.

However, it was a personal experience that led me to the life insurance industry. My own family suffered the loss of generational wealth due to poor investment strategies and a lack of proper estate planning. This loss fueled my desire to help others avoid similar pitfalls. I became passionate about educating families on the value of life insurance—not just as a safety net, but as a realistic, powerful investment vehicle that can protect wealth and provide financial security for future generations. It became clear to me that life insurance is not only about protecting loved ones after a tragedy, but also about creating a strategic legacy that can transcend financial missteps and provide a foundation for future success.

Outside of work, I am committed to maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. As a certified Pilates instructor, I believe in the importance of mental and physical well-being, which translates to my leadership style—focused, disciplined, and always looking to inspire others to reach their full potential. I also enjoy hiking, finding clarity and inspiration in nature, which fuels my drive to continuously push toward new goals.

In my role at Quantum Life Assurance, I am driven by a personal mission to provide our clients with the tools, knowledge, and guidance they need to secure their financial futures. By bringing integrity, education, and strategic insight to our approach, I am committed to ensuring that the families we serve are empowered to make informed decisions that protect their legacies for generations to come.

Ron

Chief Financial Officer

With 27 years of legal experience spanning both corporate and private practice, Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for the gaming industry, having spent over a decade working within it. His expertise lies in corporate regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and intellectual property (IP) protection, helping companies navigate the complex world of legal requirements and strategic growth. Ron holds a J.D. cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and a BSEE cum laude from Marquette University, with a minor in Business Administration. His career highlights include advising on casino gaming laws, M&A, employment law, and corporate governance, as well as serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Genesis Gaming Solutions and NexxGen Inc. From drafting contracts and managing global patent portfolios to negotiating complex IP deals, Ron has worked with everyone from tech start-ups to large-scale manufacturers. He’s also developed compliance plans and ensured businesses stay on track with their gaming licenses across various jurisdictions. Always up for a challenge, Ron has even co-tried IP litigation cases and handled trademark enforcement with a sharp, strategic mindset, all while acting as a trusted advisor to executives and senior management.
